                                    It makes me a bit sad that at the end she says “ it happens to be meatless, because that’s not what it’s about. I’m not promoting that “ okay... perfect, but there’s nothing wrong with it. And there’s nothing wrong with promoting less meat in our dishes. If anything is a conscious plate. And that’s something that should be promoted. No need to add that at the end.

                                          Chris's obsession with tempering comes from tempering chocolate (one of Claire's gourmet videos... I forget which one). Turnip gate is from one of molly's earlier videos where she replaces celery with turnip in chicken pot pie.

                                                                      Is there a video on different kinds of salt & uses for each? I grew up on the old blue box salt.                                                                               Every time you see these BA cooks slice onions/shallots with a horizontal slice (ie parallel to the board) you can smugly guffaw at their poor grasp of math, geometry, and cooking. Utterly and completely useless, and only done because someone senior to them told them “that’s how it’s always done.” So, real chefs, please don’t. Don’t be a sheep. Take a stand against stupid (and dangerous) extra slices.

                                                                                      @DartchyI know Italian dishes don't use Coriander but in this clip what she said it's "Parsley" I saw only Coriander. I think I know the difference between Parsley and Coriander but anyway... maybe it's the language's different that's my mistake.
